The importance of developing higher-order thinking skills in the 21st century impacts standardization learning tools schools. This research analyses lesson plans prepared using HOTS-based plan indicators. design used is document analysis. data source study was that elementary school teachers had prepared, as many 4 plans—data collection techniques documentation and interviews. Data analysis are reduction, display, verification. results showed HOTS aspect included teacher prepared. Namely, competency selection 83.3%. Formulation indicators by 25%. identity materials 100%. formulation objectives 50%, use methods 75%, resources 75%. media Learning activities 100%, assessment Overall coverage analyzed on 80.2%. have still need to improve their preparation, especially verbs. A review implementation needed achieve refer students' skills.
